1.How to inquire?

Please tell us the craft and its size, material and quantity and delivery method that you want. If it’s the first time to do the item, you just provide us the picture of the item or your ideas on the item, and we will give you our suggestions as reference.

2.Can I get a sample and how to get it?

Sample is available, and it will be sent to you by air. We charge you accordingly for the postage of delivering the sample, normally US Dollars 50-100. And the money will be paid back to you once the deal is made.

3.What kind of files do you accept for printing?

We accept PDF, AI, and high resolution JPG..

4.Can you design it for us?

Yes, we can design it for you, you just provide us your ideas on the item, and our experienced and professional craftsmen can make the sample.

5.How long can I get the sample?

Making the sample takes 3-5days, and it will be sent to you by air which takes 4-7 days.

6.How do I know my order has been accepted?

We’ll email or fax you the order confirmation in 24 hours when we receive your order sheet via Email or fax. We will also send you proforma invoice along with the order /confirm/iation. The delivery date / payment term agreement / quality reference / material / packing details / quantity etc will be marked in the proforma invoice. We will start manufacturing once we receive the confirmation of the proforma invoice. T his might take a few hours or a day for the double checking. But we would like to spend a little more time and energy to make sure everything is correct, in order to avoid any potential confusion or mistake.

7.How long is the lead time?

The lead time depends on the quantity of the order. Normally it takes about 30 days.

8.What’s your quality control policy?

Our growth is based on high quality products and good service, which we always feel proud. If the products that you receive with any defect or are not as same as the sample either in quality or design, we will take back the goods and refund you the original purchase price.
